the news of the reissuance of fatwaa is wrong. If it is right can you present the latest fatwaa scanned copy ? I got the fatwaa from Baitul Mukaram Mosque karachi and it is the latest one. They have not yet issued any fatwaa declearing that to be halal. If there is something please do share it with us.

Alhamdullilah institutions like Banori Town, Darululoom Korangi, Jamia Asharfiya and others are well reputed officials to issue fatwaas. With lack of knowledge and to issue fatwaa on our own, without the proper research, I think is not the right way.

I am not an Aalima but few months back I started Quranic Studies and then my world was changed, Allah has blessed me with Hidayat and I found out that this worldly life is fareb and dhoka! GMI is mainly the same system, you are running after dollars, luxuries, you become greedy and u dream of gold and gold everywhere. I think that this is Haram! If you want to earn more, you have to learn more, this is what they say! Yes, you have to learn more ways and modern techniques how to slaughter innocent people, unko pain bhy na ho aur wo zibah ho jaen. I was one of the best Lady Presenters and presented this system in front of many Na-mehrums. I earned as well but there was no BURKAT! May Allah forgive me! When I quit the system, I decided to leave it quietly but now I think that this is my duty to warn others! This system traps u in the worldly affairs and you never collect anything for your Aakhrat! People who are earning and they are earning no doubt about it, they must think about it that they are slaughtering people for their huge earnings. This system is bringing nothing but fitna and fasad! I am with those who are fighting against this fraudulent system! Keep it up, this is also Jihaad!

ReplyDeleteI completely agree with this fatwa and I would add some thing more about it. It is not only haram in Islam but also it is completely fraudulent company. They are using website of GMI norway which is sole proprietor ship there and the both GMI (Pvt} Ltd and GMI norway cover each other and there is no record of Tax payment. I thing it is absolutely right fatwa. Mufti Munib ur Rehman also issue fatwa against GMI. He denied to accept that he issue fatwa in favour of GMI someone has misleaded the public.

where the confusion arrises:
ReplyDelete1-we can promote the GMI interest by putting our effort in convincing sumbody to buy GMI product.
2-Or we can promote by convincing sumbody to pay 60$ to GMI and get started.
In first case there is chance of loss/profit.concept of "tijarat"
In 2nd case if u invest there is no chance loss,there is profit and just profit.
GMI is plying a double/confusing game by introducing the concept of network marketing with limited amount of products(as compared to their money assets/benefits ) and in parallel they have intorduced (pay 60$ etc...).
their main buisness is not selling gold products(a small brand line),,,rather their main buisness is 60$ kinda thing,
Fatwaaz has been acquired but only selling gold products can be justified by fatwaaz...under the cover of that fatwa they are runing 60$ kinda thing ,which is haram

1) with out member ship or participation in this business, you can not purchase GMI products.
2) GMI Commission plan 3/3 (3 left & 3 right) is wrong and according to Fatwa if GMI give some reward on only increasing one side then its Halal business.

1)the 1st issue is wrong GMI also sale our products with out participation GMI system you can purchase Gold products and No body force to work for own or GMI
2) The 2nd issue on GMI plans. All over the world GMI launched 1/1 or 3/3 plans . These economical plans are companies policy . Every company make there policies as the business requirements and prograssing business or company . If the joining person agreed to this plan then he will join that system or business .If GMI hide there Plan's then its wrong and if open and declared there PLan's then no reason to make any objection on GMI. ****THANX****

Any body know about Tiens Compnay (Regarding any Fatwa) so please let us know about it.
ReplyDeleteProducts of Tiens are Halal. Their production & Research are own. They are registered with SECP & Chamber of Commerce. Tiens pay Income Tax and GST then pay to distributers.

Many members of GMI say that there is a new fatwa from darul Uloom which cancels old fatwa and new one says is halal,and listening to this many new members just trusting them and joining this company, but i cant find the new fatwa anywhere , why is everybody lying and saying Mufti Taqi Usmani has given new fatwa about GMI.If there is any why cant we see it.

ReplyDeleteAs being Muslim we must have to purchase halal foods or in daily used we must have to make sure products we are using it's up to halal quality standard or not officially in this regard ensuring the quality checking the label which halal inspection team place on them it's a best sign for us as being Muslim.
